The Me Time COACHING website, hereinafter (“Site” AND/OR “Website”) located at https://metime.one is a copyrighted work belonging to ME TIME COACHING, a BY Williams LLC Company, hereinafter (“Company” AND/OR “the Company”). Certain features of the Website (aka. “Domain” AND/OR “subdomains”) may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, agreements, or rules, which will be posted on this Website in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, agreements, and rules are incorporated by reference into this Policy.

    • Integrity
      Members shall uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all interactions. Any form of cheating or unethical behavior, including dishonesty or falsifying information, will result in disciplinary action. Integrity is paramount to maintaining the trust and respect of the company.

    The sale of any product or service and the solicitation of funds are not permitted without prior approval. No banners, advertisements, publications, or such notices shall be published, displayed, or distributed unless given permission by company.

  6. Default Membership Policy
    • Reservations
      Members are expected to honor reservations and provide timely notice of cancellations to accommodate other members. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or loss of reservation privileges.
    • Payment
      Members are expected to promptly settle any outstanding charges for services or dues to company. Failure to pay dues or charges in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
  7. Compliance and Disciplinary Action
    • Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership. The company reserves the right to enforce its policies to maintain the integrity of the company and its values.
    • Reporting Violations: Members are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct to the company for investigation and resolution. Prompt reporting helps maintain the company’s standards and ensures a safe and respectful environment for all members.
    • Investigation Process: Reports of violations will be investigated promptly and confidentially. Members involved will be notified of the outcome and any resulting actions. Investigations will be conducted impartially, with fairness and respect for all parties involved.
