The Me Time COACHING website, hereinafter (“Site” AND/OR “Website”) located at https://metime.one is a copyrighted work belonging to ME TIME COACHING, a BY Williams LLC Company, hereinafter (“Company” AND/OR “the Company”). Certain features of the Website (aka. “Domain” AND/OR “subdomains”) may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, agreements, or rules, which will be posted on this Website in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, agreements, and rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

THIS ELECTRONIC DELIVERY CONSENT AGREEMENT (“E-SIGN Disclosure” AND/OR “Agreement”) describes and forms the legally binding terms and conditions that oversee the entity or sole proprietor, hereinafter (“you” AND/OR “your” AND/OR “your representative”) usage and access to this Website or Services.

BY ACCESSING OR LOGGING INTO THE WEBSITE, YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE WILLINGLY AGREE OR ARE BEING COMPLIANT THAT THESE TERMS AND YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE HAVE THE AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS. YOU SHOULD BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT LOG INTO AND/OR CONTINUE USAGE OF THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICES, AND DELETE YOUR BROWSER HISTORY IMMEDIATELY.

THIS AGREEMENT becomes permanently effective upon the date you first access or use any service (aka. “Effective Date”) offered by the Company and continues indefinitely until you or the Company terminates it (aka. “Term”) in writing. The writing may be delivered by the Company in digital or physical form.

This Agreement extends the “Terms of Use” and/or “Terms and Conditions” located on our Terms-of-Use.

1. Consent to Electronic Delivery

Company offers you the opportunity to receive all documents, records, communications, and agreements (“Documents”) electronically. By consenting to this Agreement, you agree to receive all Documents related to your membership, products, and services electronically.

2. Scope of Documents

Documents include, but are not limited to, correspondence, transaction records, required disclosures, forms, notices, product agreements, statements, bills, tax forms, binding legal agreements, communications regarding transactions, and other information related to your Company products and services.

3. Electronic Delivery Methods

Documents will be delivered to your secure online “My Account” page on our website and/or mobile application. You will be notified via email or other electronic methods, based on your preferences and applicable law, when new Documents are available.

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Documents electronically, you must have:

• A computer or device with internet access and a current web browser compatible with Company’s website and mobile application.
• A valid email address on file with Company.
• Software to view PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• The ability to download and print Documents.

5. Consent and Withdrawal

By clicking “I Agree, Accept, Next, Submit, or Save”, you acknowledge that you:

• Understand and agree to this Electronic Delivery Consent Agreement.
• Consent to receive all Documents electronically.
• Certify that you meet the hardware and software requirements.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery at any time by updating your preferences on the Company website or mobile application, or by contacting Company customer support. Withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of certain services.

6. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Document provided electronically by contacting Company customer support. A reasonable fee may be charged for paper copies, as allowed by law.

7. Updating Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current with Company. You can update your information on the Company website or mobile application.

8. Notices Required by Law

Certain legal notices may still need to be provided in writing. Company will inform you of any such requirements and provide instructions for delivering these notices electronically, if applicable.

9. Changes to this Agreement

This Agreement may be subject to change from time to time. The revised Agreement will be published on this page. Please regularly check this Agreement to ensure you are aware of the latest updates.

• Effective Date:
  This Agreement is effective from the date mentioned above (“last updated: <timestamp>”) and it supersedes all existing agreements on the subject matter.
